Corrective Exercise Programme

When you get an abnormal ache or pain, do the smart thing and see a physiotherapist. The PIT trainers are NOT therapists or "corrective specialists" and we do not pretend to be. We work in conjunction with recommended physiotherapists who will assess the problem, provide a diagnosis and plan of rehabilitation. Our trainer's job is to take that plan and launch it. Most injuries we see occur in people who are simply out of shape. One way of preventing rehabilitation is frequent exercise.
