We believe in learning with progression and not rushing it. Our group training will start from the basic fundamentals and help you progress to the next levels of Kettlebell sport.
Simply put, you can’t learn how to do a clean and jerk if you can’t get your rack right. Forget about learning a windmill if you don’t have the shoulder stability, and if you cant get your fundamentals right? Forget about learning the snatch. With proper instruction, you can be sure that you will be able to use the kettlebell as one of your many fitness tool in a safe and effective manner. Be warned... Kettlebell lifting is addictive.
