I’ve learned the importance of building fitness and discipline through the community at the PIT. The PIT has been my 2nd home growing up; with my father ultimately moulding my perspective and attitude toward fitness.
It’s better to be consistently good than occasionally great.
Small, progressive steps across a long enough timespan will compound exponentially, I believe fitness resonates very much with this. Regardless of the type of fitness goals you set, success does not come overnight.
Personally, I believe that’s the crux of my father’s teaching and the philosophy behind the PIT’s coaching structure.
I look forward to helping others learn this philosophy and to guide them through their fitness journey.
