The PIT is a private, appointment-only personal training studio on Orchard Road. We have been coaching people of all fitness levels since 2011. No crowds, no cookie-cutter plans, just structured training that is built around you.

There is no shortage of workout content online. The problem is that information without application does not get results. A coach who watches how you move, understands your injury history, and adjusts your programme week by week is a different thing entirely.
