Do I need to be fit or have experience before joining?

Absolutely not. This is the biggest misconception about our gym. You don't train to get ready for the gym; you come to the gym to get ready for life. We work with everyone from complete beginners to professional athletes. Leave your ego at the door, and you'll fit right in.

Do I need to book a slot, or can I walk in?

We recommend booking your slot via our contact page on our website or WhatsApp to ensure a trainer is available to assist you, especially for your first visit.

What should I expect during my first consultation?

We will provide a breakdown of our training methodologies and programming at The Pit. Following this, we will conduct a movement assessment and conclude with a discussion on how we can work toward your fitness goals with an overview of your personally tailored programme.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is a public carpark at 111 Somerset, right opposite our gym. Alternatively, you can park at Orchard Gateway and take a 5 minute walk to our gym.

How does The Pit support its members?

What is the difference between The Pit and a commercial gym?
